For this service, you will need to send your Lenovo / ThinkPad hardware id in order to get the key code. It will be send to you between  few minutes  and an hour (in some rare cases, can be up to 24 hours)

Important:

Do not turn off your computer or let it sleep until you get the key code, as the hardware id may change. We cannot be held responsible if it is the case.
