Services

The services will be invoiced in full when the service is ordered.

 

Transport and delivery

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order. We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of shipping times and costs, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Refund

 

Reimbursement of goods

We accept refund requests on our site for products that meet one of the following requirements:

the good is defective (broken)

the item does not match the description.

We cannot provide the service (the service is not available)

Refund requests can be made within 30 days of receipt of your goods and services.

Refunds do not apply to products/services for the following reasons:

Change of mind, reduced items, delay in delivery etc.

For services, video proofs will be needed if the customer claims  a code provided does not work. For other services involving technician skills from the customers, there is no refund. Also, for files downloaded (bios file), all sales are final (no refund and no return for bios files download)

 

Returns

 

Please follow this procedure to return your items by mail:

Contact our service and list the reason for the return.

Obtain an authorization number identifying the return of your item

Return the item to the address indicated.

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer who returns the goods.

Limitation of Liability

 

CellOrdi Mobile will be held responsible for any problem arising from this site. Nevertheless, CellOrdi Mobile is not held responsible for any problem arising from any irregular use of this site.

 

Indemnity

 

As a user, you hereby indemnify CellOrdi Mobile from all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of your use of this site or your breach of this one of the provisions set out in this document.
