Shipping, Warranty  & Returns

Shipping Policy

All physical items are shipped within 3  business days after the confirmation of your payment. Methods used to ship include Canada Post Regular Parcel or Canada Post Expedited Parcel (Depending on the shipping method you choose). Tracking number is associated to your shipping method.

For international shipping, import taxes are in the charge of the buyer. Please check your country or state policy about import charges.

Downloaded items (digital items) are instant (after confirmation of payment)

For online services, they are provided within 24h after payment confirmation (for services requesting advanced technicians' skills from customer, we provide the service from our side within 24 hours.

Warranty and Return & Exchange Policy

We do our best to satisfy our customers and we guarantee our products and services. All our products are guaranteed 30 days after the item is received.  To return an item, it must be returned in the same condition as purchased. Return shipping fees are in the charge of the customer. For international buyer, import taxes are in the charge of buyer, so there are no return accepted due to import charges, or when buyer refuse to pick up his item.

To return your physical product, please contact us to get the return reference number for your item.

For digital items to be downloaded, all sales are final. No returns.

For online services: for bios master password services, all claims are subjected to videos proofs. For bios service requiring advanced technicians' skills from the customer, all sales are final. We reserve the right to decide for each case regarding this kind or service (bios services requiring advanced technician skills)
